Promote organized school and corporate camps through programs that promote the cultural, natural, and historical richness of La Paz, BCS, through safe, recreational, and experiential activities that foster the development of skills, values, customs, teamwork, and leadership in each of our participants.

AIM
To lead, impact, and promote a recreational experience for campers at an organized camp, developing skills that will enable them to become leaders.
To instill knowledge about the region's natural history and integrate ranching and camping techniques with minimal environmental impact, promoting techniques that contribute to the intellectual development of each individual.
BEACH TEAM
Comprised of young professionals in the field of recreation and outdoor activities, they undergo a strict selection and training process where they develop skills and techniques in first aid, water rescue, camping techniques with minimal environmental impact, safety, and children's recreation education. The methodological approach is inspired by the knowledge and experience of the YMCA and ICF.

If you're between 18 and 25 years old, enjoy working with children and recreational activities, are proactive, and have a great attitude, send us your resume. We'll be calling you for training.
