If you require another type of service or a customized program, please contact us. Rates are in Mexican pesos, plus VAT. GRATES ARE NOT INCLUDED. Payment terms: 40% of the total deposit for the date, 100% before the service. CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. The deposit will be charged as a penalty. Our experiences are subject to changes in schedules and/or dates due to adverse weather conditions and extreme circumstances. (This is the only way to refund the deposit.) Once payment is complete, changes to schedules and dates are possible without penalty up to 1 day before the tour, provided there is availability with the new settings. The date will be available for another client until the deposit is deposited. To participate in the experience, you must complete and sign the liability waiver and medical form before the activity. This form will be provided to you upon confirming your reservation. Anyone showing COVID symptoms, intoxicated, or in an unhealthy state will not be able to participate in the experience, and no refunds will be issued.
